Bad Goegging is more than just a health resort in Lower Bavaria. In the centre of a worldwide unique cultural landscape of Altmühl- and Danube valley with the traditional hop-gardens and aspargus fields Bad Goegging has always been an indsider tip for recreation and health. In the last years Bad Gögging became more and more popular as a venue for business meetings, incentives and exhibitions. Not least because Bad Goegging has very manifold possibilities for leisure and sightseeing.

The village is one of the oldest health resorts in Germany. Already the Kelts knew the sulphur springs and used them for their mystic cults. Beside the sulphur water also thermal water and moor are used as remedies.
